Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and okeyplay ("okeyplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okeyplay.club.
By accessing okeyplay.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the okeyplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the okeyplay platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms shall be read alongside the okeyplay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and okeyplay.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to the okeyplay platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is a legal requirement under Philippine law and regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
21+ Rule: okeyplay reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, okeyplay will suspend the account and withhold any associated funds until the matter is resolved or the account is permanently closed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The okeyplay platform is designed for use by residents of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. okeyplay does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Information
When registering an account on okeyplay, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document)
- A valid Philippine mobile number (+63 format) capable of receiving SMS
- Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
- A unique, secure password meeting okeyplay's minimum complexity requirements
You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. okeyplay shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each natural person may register and maintain only one okeyplay account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. okeyplay will terminate all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player from the platform. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeyplay login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any account access information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your okeyplay account, you must notify okeyplay support immediately via live chat at okeyplay.club. okeyplay will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)
okeyplay is required by applicable law and its licensing obligations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at various points during your account lifecycle:
- Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, PRC, or voter's ID)
- Proof of Philippine mobile number ownership
- Proof of Philippine bank account or e-wallet ownership (for GCash or PayMaya withdrawal verification)
- Source of funds declaration for large transactions
Withdrawal of funds from okeyplay will not be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. okeyplay may suspend an account pending KYC completion without prior notice.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. okeyplay reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after a 12-month dormancy period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
okeyplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit is ₱50 per transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your okeyplay wallet instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during banking hours.
Currency: All okeyplay account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). okeyplay does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to accounts.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted from the okeyplay cashier once KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. okeyplay processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. okeyplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, okeyplay may require the withdrawal to be directed to the same method up to the deposited amount.
4.3 Transaction Limits
okeyplay may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts for security or compliance purposes. Players may also set their own voluntary limits through account settings. Limits set by the player for responsible gaming purposes cannot be increased for a cooling-off period as specified in the responsible gaming policy.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
okeyplay is committed to compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. okeyplay reserves the right to delay, block, or report transactions where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes are suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
okeyplay may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer and accessible within your account's promotions dashboard.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all okeyplay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits, and any game contribution rates (where different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements) will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
Note: Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion will be removed from your account without compensation.
5.3 Abuse and Misuse
okeyplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, systematic low-risk wagering to complete wagering requirements, or creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times. Decisions on bonus abuse are final and binding.
5.4 Referral and Affiliate Programmes
Where okeyplay operates a referral or affiliate programme, separate terms apply to participation in that programme. Referral rewards are subject to the same general bonus terms outlined in this section and will be posted in the relevant programme documentation within the okeyplay platform.

Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the okeyplay platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's conduct, payouts, and resolution of disputes.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during gameplay, the affected round or bet may be voided by okeyplay. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings or game state, okeyplay reserves the right to correct the error, void the affected transaction, and restore the player's balance to its correct pre-error state. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
6.3 Live Dealer Games
For live dealer games on okeyplay, the decisions of the dealing team and pit supervision are final. Any dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the game session in question. okeyplay maintains video recordings of all live dealer sessions for dispute resolution purposes.
6.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on okeyplay are subject to additional sportsbook-specific rules covering bet settlement, void conditions, suspended markets, and in-play betting procedures. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the okeyplay platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okeyplay platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your identity.
- Money laundering: Using the okeyplay platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or bingo rooms.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the okeyplay platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
- Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any okeyplay game or the platform itself for financial gain.
- Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account per person for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes through GCash, PayMaya, or any bank after making a deposit to okeyplay.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward okeyplay staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property
All content on the okeyplay platform — including but not limited to the okeyplay brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of okeyplay or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okeyplay platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the okeyplay platform or its content without prior written consent from okeyplay.

Limitation of Liability
The okeyplay platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okeyplay makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okeyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, interrupted internet connectivity, or third-party payment processing failures.
Gambling Risk: Online gambling involves financial risk. okeyplay strongly advises players to only wager amounts they can afford to lose. okeyplay is not liable for any financial loss incurred through gameplay on the platform.

Responsible Gaming
okeyplay is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible through the account settings panel.
10.1 Player Controls
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, gameplay is suspended for the remainder of that period.
- Session Time Limits: Set alerts and hard stops for gaming session duration.
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your net gaming activity during a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the okeyplay platform for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Suspension & Termination
okeyplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- The player is found to have breached these Terms;
- okeyplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order;
- okeyplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- The player's account poses a financial, reputational, or compliance risk to okeyplay; or
- The player requests closure of their account.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than player-requested closure, okeyplay will conduct a review of the account balance. Where no breach is found that warrants forfeiture, verified account balances will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method, less any applicable fees and pending bonus obligations.

Privacy & Data Protection
okeyplay collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, gameplay, payment processing, and customer support. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the okeyplay Privacy Policy, available at okeyplay.club/privacy-policy.
By registering an account with okeyplay, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okeyplay complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the okeyplay platform, or any service provided thereunder shall first be submitted to okeyplay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 calendar days of submission, the matter may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction.
Players who have a dispute relating to a specific bet or game outcome must raise the matter with okeyplay support within 7 calendar days of the event in question. okeyplay will not consider disputes raised outside this period.

Amendments to These Terms
okeyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okeyplay will provide notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the okeyplay platform at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the okeyplay platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account prior to the effective date.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page and within the table of contents. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
